A preview is a chance for you to come and discover the benefits of Vacation Ownership. You will meet with a sales executive and discuss you and your families vacation habits. You’ll get a full overview of the features and benefits of Vacation Ownership through a short video showcasing our wonderful resorts. After, you will be taken on a tour of the resort and explore the beautiful units and amenities right there! Please ask any questions you may have about this unique opportunity and most importantly, enjoy the preview of what your lifetime of vacations could be!

The preview runs about 90 - 120 minutes. However, if you have questions or have other issues you would like to review, the preview may run a bit longer. We know your time is valuable so we do our best to make sure that your questions are all answered by the time the preview is concluded.

Directions should be a part of your confirmation letter. If you have a GPS, the confirmation letter should have a physical address that you can enter into your GPS. If all else fails, give us a call and we can give you directions over the phone!

No. TripJoy Advantage prides itself on being able to provide our visitors with a no-pressure sales presentation. All we ask is that you attend with an open mind. Throughout the presentation, you will hear about the benefits of vacationing and vacation ownership, which some of you may already know, but to others it may come as a surprise. If for any reason, you are certain you cannot purchase that day, you are under no obligation and are able to leave after the preview.

At the end of the presentation and after discussing any options with your sales representative, you will be able to leave. Before you leave, you will quickly sit with our Business Office Manager and he or she will present you with the agreed upon gifts.

There are no additional costs for the preview. Please be sure to review the guidelines on your gifts as some may require additional payments upon redemption, such as hotel accommodations, airline or hotel taxes, etc.

No, you do not have to stay to attend a preview. However, spending a weekend at one of our resorts is a wonderful way to experience first-hand, how amazing vacation ownership can be!

We love children and know that vacation is usually a time for families to spend together. For that reason, we have a wonderful room for the children to play or watch a movie while you enjoy the preview without worrying if the children are bored or restless.

Please carefully review the Terms and Conditions of the promotion on your confirmation letter, and bring that letter with you - that is your invitation and guarantee for the gifts. A valid form of picture identification such as a driver’s license, and a valid credit card, are required due to the value of the offer, and in addition, should you decide to become an owner/member, the credit card gives you the means to make that purchase and take advantage of the special offer that day.
